Yes, I cook Chinese food – but not very well I have to admit. It’s still edible but can be improved. I had wanted to use the pork belly for kong bak pau but I forgot to buy cloves so I didn’t want to waste the effort. Decided to just make it stewed in soy sauce with spices, tau pok, eggs and black fungus. Turned out pretty okay, nothing wow wee. But I shall endeavor to improve my Chinese cooking skills!
